M9×P0.5 NIR Collimating Lens — EFL 4.0mm, Ø6.33mm Element, BBAR 700–1100nm
Our M9-threaded NIR collimator lenses with 4.0 mm effective focal length and Ø6.33 mm glass aspheric element are engineered for 700–1100 nm laser diodes including 780/850/905/980 nm emitters.
Featuring >97% transmission BBAR coating across the NIR band and a precision M9×0.5 fine-thread metal housing for focus adjustment, these ultra-compact assemblies deliver tight beam collimation in minimal footprint — ideal for LIDAR seed sources,
IR illuminator modules, fiber-launch pre-collimators, and OEM NIR LD packaging.
Custom EFL (3.77 / 6.2 / 8.0 / 12.84 mm etc.), threads (M6/M10/M12/M14), and narrow-band coatings (850 nm / 905 nm / 1064 nm) available on request.
