High Precision Powell Lens for Laser Line

Uniform Laser Line Lens

High-quality Powell lens (laser line generating cylindrical prism) precision ground and polished from N-BK7, K9, or UV Fused Silica, designed to convert a collimated Gaussian laser beam into a uniform-intensity straight line with minimal hot spot in the center.

Available in fan angles of 60°, 75°, 90°, 110° and custom angles up to 120°. Optimized for machine vision, 3D scanning, laser profiling, and industrial alignment systems.

Each lens is AR-coated at common laser wavelengths (405nm / 532nm / 635nm / 650nm / 808nm / 1064nm). Custom aperture, line uniformity, and housing mount options supported for OEM integration.
