High-precision optical glass aspherical singlet lens molded or polished from OHARA L-BAL42 low-dispersion crown glass (nd≈1.583, νd≈59.3), with 10mm clear aperture and 19mm effective focal length (f/1.9).

The aspheric profile eliminates spherical aberration and improves spot quality versus standard plano-convex spherical lenses.

L-BAL42 offers excellent partial dispersion characteristics close to fluorite, making it ideal for apochromatic or high-color-fidelity visible imaging, collimators, and condenser systems.

Broadband AR coating 400–700nm or VIS-NIR available. Custom EFL, NA, and coating options supported for OEM lens design.
