Ultra-Short Focal Length Collimating Lenses for 635nm/650nm Red Laser Diodes — EFL 3.77mm
Our M9/M10/M12/M14 threaded laser collimator lenses with 3.77 mm effective focal length are optimized for 630–680 nm red laser diodes, delivering tight beam collimation in minimal package space.
’Featuring a molded glass aspheric element with >97% transmission BBAR coating at 635 nm and precision fine-thread metal housing for focus adjustment, these collimators are the preferred choice for compact dot/line laser modules, industrial alignment tools, and OEM LD packaging.
Custom thread sizes (M6–M14), EFL values (2.0 / 4.05 / 6.2 / 8.0 mm etc.), and coating bands available on request.
