CVD Zinc Selenide
Offers the lowest absorption coefficient among common IR materials, providing excellent resistance to thermal shock and stability in high-power environments. The material is also transparent in the visible spectrum, allowing for easier optical path alignment.
High-Efficiency AR Coating
Double-sided solid anti-reflective coating ensures a transmittance of ≥99.5% at 10.6 μm. This minimizes reflection loss, enhances laser energy utilization, and provides a high damage threshold with good wiping resistance.
Meniscus Design
While plano-convex options exist, the meniscus shape is optimized to reduce spherical aberration when working with larger beam sizes, resulting in higher energy density and a smaller focal spot.
