We offer full-spectrum custom optical manufacturing from UV-grade fluorides (MgF₂, CaF₂, BaF₂) through MWIR semiconductors (Si, Ge) to LWIR chalcogenide glasses and ZnSe/ZnS.
Our capabilities span spherical and aspheric lenses, windows, wedges, and domes in diameters from 3 mm to 300 mm, with surface quality down to 20-10 and irregularity to λ/10.
Coatings include BBAR, DLC, and narrow-band V-coatings for 3–5 µm, 8–12 µm, 10.6 µm, 1064 nm, and custom bands.
Edge blackening, environmental hardening, and OEM mechanical mounting available.
